Captain America Brave New World (Full Movie)

Man, I remember a time when the MCU was good. Like, really good. Now, I feel nothing. This film got nothing out of me. Not hatred, not love, not even a whiff. Just nothing. Let’s get this over with.

The performances were alright. Harrison Ford was definitely the standout in this film. I was expecting him to just phone it in, but he actually puts in the work. Not his best work, but enough to make me like his version of Thaddeus Ross. Anthony Mackie is great as always, but is honestly given very little. I’m not entirely sure Sam had a character arc outside of one scene late into the film and even that is just rehashing what happened in a D+ show. Giancarlo Esposito was absolutely wasted. Clearly added in later and could easily be cut.

As for the plot, there’s nothing new here I’m afraid. It feels like this film’s only purpose was to introduce Adamantium to the MCU. The antagonist is terrible, they try to connect it to earlier MCU entries but no one is really going to remember. This film was clearly altered from what it originally was. It’s difficult to talk about honestly, because it feels like there’s nothing here. The film wants to be an espionage thriller like Winter Soldier, but lacks the tonal consistency, tight pacing and writing to even come close.

But what about the action? It isn’t great. The hand to hand combat looks sluggish and poorly edited. There’s a good amount of that throughout. The CGI ranges from decent to downright terrible. It all rings hollow.

So yeah, it’s probably not the worst thing the MCU has put out, but it certainly isn’t far above it. I can’t bring myself to hate this film, because it is ultimately nothing. A waste of time.

Cleaner (Full Movie)

Cleaner (2025) is the newest action thriller movie from Martin Campbell. Now I was a little skeptical about the movie at first, but I ended up liking it more than I was expected.

Positives for Cleaner (2025): The movie does have a cliche setup where you have someone who has to save a group of hostages from terrorists, but it’s one of the better movies with that very cliche setup. Daisy Ridley does a good job as the main character and she’s one of the more likable protagonists of these types of movies. You get some decent action sequences that do feel grounded enough to be believable. The movie moves a quick pace where it doesn’t bore you with dumb stuff and keeps you entertained. Despite having a female lead, the movie doesn’t get preachy with any of that dumb female empowerment crap we get nowadays. And finally, this is one of the better background noise movies as I did pay attention to a large majority of the movie.

Negatives for Cleaner (2025): The movie is basically another one of these Die Hard rip-offs except with a female lead in the John McClane role. The villains are very generic and forgettable.

Overall, Cleaner (2025) is a movie I wasn’t to thrilled about at first, but I did like it more than I did. If you like these types of movies, then I would highly recommend this movie.

Henry Danger The Movie (Full Movie)

This is a brilliant film for all fans and viewers to watch and enjoy. The crew did a splendid job in creating this film. I enjoyed watching most of them returning for this film. The storyline of this film was fine enough and had enough direction all the way throughout this film. The cast selection was terrific. They deeply committed to the storyline and to their respective characters. The chemistry that was really displayed throughout this entire film between the cast members could have been a bit better and stronger but it was alright enough. All of the cast members have improved a lot in their careers. Ella Anderson was fully spectacular as the antagonist. I was really impressed by her performance as a majestic electric vampire queen. Ella Anderson will go to far and great lengths in her career. I would gladly be turned into a vampire and be on her side.

Last Breath (Full Movie)

Last Breath is a drama thriller directed, partly written and produced by Alex Parkinson. Before that, he also partly directed the 2019 documentary of the same name. Both are based on the same true story.

Chris Lemons (Finn Cole) works as a deep-sea diver, who tries to repair a cable on the bottom of the North Sea during a storm. During an accident, he loses his connection to oxygen, light and communication with his team members. He has to survive in this situation alone until his team can find him and hopefully save him in the unlit, cold sea.

With this film, Alex Parkinson tries to change his Netflix documentary more into a true survival story. For example, he introduces some more elements and character background stories in the beginning of this film version of the story. For example, in addition to Chris Lemons’ rescue mission, the film sometimes also deals with other elements, which can cause the focus to be lost. If you know the documentary, you can know the end results. This film only shows it from a different angle and in a more filmed way. Still, it manages to remain interesting and exciting.

The actors who play the characters get a bit more background, so that you as a viewer can care a bit more about them. Only, compared to the documentary, where the characters play themselves, they are a bit different.

Being a fan of Korean movies, I was thrilled to see what this movie is going to bring. I must say it isn’t a masterpiece south korean thrillers out there but it’s definitely worth watching.

The acting, the dialogue and the direction was all in sync with the story. What fascinated me to watch this movie is the way how one can be deceived from what they believe.

I felt the last 15 minutes could have been more polished in terms of writing to justify the whole process and to keep the audience engaged as I felt that the end didn’t leave an impact on me but nevertheless it has it’s good moments.

A decent watch!

7/10 for this one.

Silent Zone (Full Movie)

Okay, I have to be honest-when my friends and I sat down to watch Silent Zone, we fully expected a disaster. We’re big fans of watching B-movies together, the kind where the plot’s a mess, the acting’s rough, and the fun comes from laughing at how bad it is. We grabbed snacks, got comfortable, and were ready for some low-budget, post-apocalyptic nonsense. But here’s the thing… Silent Zone actually surprised us. And not in a “so bad it’s good” way, but in a “wait, this is actually kind of decent?” way.

Sure, the setup is classic B-movie fare. It’s the usual post-apocalyptic world, a deadly outbreak, desperate survivors, and the struggle to find safety. Nothing new there. But somewhere along the way, the film actually hooked us. The tension was solid, and there were at least three twists that none of us saw coming. Not groundbreaking stuff, but just clever enough to keep us invested. The story might be familiar, but it never felt lazy. In fact, it felt like the filmmakers were actually trying, which is more than I can say for a lot of movies in this genre.

The characters? Surprisingly good. We went in expecting cardboard cutouts, but they had depth. By the end, we actually cared about what happened to them. And yeah, I’ll admit it-I got a little emotional in the final act, which is not what I thought would happen when I hit play.

And Matt Devere? Never heard of him before this, but wow. That guy has a seriously cool voice. The kind of voice that makes you pay attention. He brought this calm, tough energy to his role, and honestly, it really worked. No idea why I haven’t seen him in more stuff, but he definitely stood out here.

By the end, we all looked at each other like, “That was actually good, right?” Maybe it’s because we went in with zero expectations, but Silent Zone turned out to be a solid, enjoyable movie. It’s not just a film to make fun of-it’s one that’s actually worth watching.

It’s hard not to have seen the bad reviews that seem to be on all the news streams about this film being a disappointment or just bad. If you love movies and read the gossip about upcoming films it is almost impossible to avoid the hate but it’s just not right this isn’t high theatre and it’s not a perfect movie but it is by no means a bad film, there is some truly good aspects to what is a emotional romp through retro science fiction.

Don’t sit down and expect an epic movie that will change the world but not all movies need to be this, some just need to take you on a journey and let your brain and emotions have a refreshing experience this is what electric state is it’s a vacation for the soul that is enjoyable, simple and freeing in a time when every other film seems to be a noble and worthy movie about people or times that, as important as they are to tell, are not the most escapist of experiences.

So give Electric State a go it won’t make you a better person from watching it but it will give you a sci-fi romp that passes a couple of hours and won’t leave you thinking the world and people in it are doomed!
